Chemical Wednesdays!

I know it’s not the best name, but it’ll do for now. First off, I promise this won’t be a recap of your high school chemistry class. I won’t be getting too deep into the science so, please keep reading…. This will be a no-nonsense breakdown of understanding what fuel your body needs to thrive, not just survive in today’s society. Navigation of all the information from hyped-up mainstream media to the fear-mongering social media and how to rationalize your nutrition and your body’s chemistry.

“We’re changing the world with technology” -Bill Gates

We've gone too far...

Chemical Wednesday’s will be dedicated to all things chemical as it relates to our body’s physiology. Chemical toxicity and deficiency is one topic that tends to be pretty controversial in our society. Over the past decade, we have seen a huge leap forward in technology with respect to our food systemhygiene productsmedicationsand supplements. Technology in our society is usually built out of pure goodness for the sake of humanity, but as with any change, there may be some unintended consequences. Some of these unintended consequences are depletion of minerals in our soil, toxic hygiene routines, pollution of our air and water, high doses of unnecessary ingredients and artificial chemicals in our food. This fast-paced technological world has created multiple types of emotional stress of which lead to toxic levels of stress hormones in the body. All of these chemicals add up and we may as well be swimming in a toxic soup.

Low-Tech Innate Essentials

It’s time to get back to the basics of nutrition. Understanding the nutrients needed in our diet to heal and nourish our bodies. Reducing and removing unnecessary stress from our lives through strategic planning will help decrease the negative effects of stress hormones. All of this while still living within our genetic codes and functioning in today’s high-tech society.

In these Chemical Wednesday posts, we are going to attempt to examine multiple areas of our chemical health and the best routines for our human body. If you read our Physical Monday post, you know that we will begin with our Innate Essentials before adding in other non-essential practices. I fully expect some dialogue and some questions for new areas to discuss and examine.

So, what should we discuss first? Please feel free to always share your story with us in our contact section

For now, we will get back to basics with the most vital nutrient to our body. One that is needed for all your body’s processes and without it will surely leave you dead in about a week. Our first Innate Essential for Chemical Wednesday will be The #1 Essential is Water.

Happy Wednesday
